CHARLES W. "BRAD" BRADLEY

Brad is the CEO of Senderra Capital in Charlotte, North Carolina.  He joined the Center for a Just Society’s Board of Directors in 2005.

Prior to his current position at Senderra Capital, Brad was Founder, Chairman and CEO of EquiFirst Corporation.  EquiFirst began operations in 1990 as a small mortgage lender, and grew into a multi-billion lending operation.  The company grew from less than $5 million in annual volume to over $5 billion in 2004, with over 1,200 employees.  In 1998, EquiFirst became a wholly owned subsidiary of Regions Bank, an Alabama-based commercial bank with over $80 billion in assets.

Brad began his career with Arthur Young, an international accounting firm, focusing on real estate tax and audit services.  He graduated from Harding University in 1983 with a B.B.A. in Business with a major in Accounting.

In addition to his service on the CJS Board, Brad serves on the Board for Harding University’s American Studies Institute, the Board of Advisors for the Witherspoon Fellowship in Washington, DC, the Board of Directors for Hope Cancer Ministries in Charlotte, and he is a cabinet member for Charlotte Pregnancy Care Center.

Brad and his wife, Teri, live in Charlotte, NC and have three sons: Charles, Mason, and Bryce
